All orders are shipped from Japan, exclusively from Tokyo. We do not operate additional warehouses or fulfillment centers in other countries.

All orders are shipped using Japan Post via standard international airmail.
To keep shipping fees as low as possible, tracking is not included by default. Customers who require tracking must select a tracked shipping option at checkout.
Customers are strongly encouraged to select tracked shipping. Orders shipped without tracking are sent at the customer’s risk.
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
Processing times may be longer during Japanese public holidays or peak periods. Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination and are displayed at checkout.
Shipping fees do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or similar charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs duties and import taxes are determined by the destination country.
Failure or refusal to pay applicable customs charges is not a seller error.
Customs refusal or unpaid duties are not grounds for chargebacks or payment disputes.
Tracking is optional and must be selected at checkout.
Once tracking shows an order as Delivered, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for refunds or chargebacks.
Claims can only be initiated 20 days after shipment. Packages not delivered within 45 days may be considered lost.
Refunds for lost packages apply only to tracked shipments. Untracked shipments are not eligible for loss refunds.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to the address provided are considered correctly fulfilled.
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on size and availability. Preorders ship once available. Partial shipments may occur.
Shipping charges may change over time due to carrier pricing and currency exchange rate fluctuations. Subscription-related changes will be communicated in advance.
